Meet Our Co-Founders
Bogdan "Dan" Jocic
Co-Founder
Mr. Jocic grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and is of Polish and Serbian descent. He attended DePaul University and received a degree in Economics. In 2012, he was a partner for Jocic Development, assisting in real estate development and construction across the Chicagoland area. He later attended and earned his J.D. at Ave Maria School of Law, graduating early in his class. His first legal job was working in a private law firm in Naples, Florida, where he practiced criminal defense and personal injury litigation. Going to court nearly every day, he learned the advocacy, negotiation and analytical skills he relies on to this day.
In 2017, Mr. Jocic opened his own firm, Law Office of Jocic & Koulianos, with fellow attorney and partner, Panormitis Koulianos. Today, Mr. Jocic focuses on his passion, real estate and civil litigation. He is a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and former member of “The Fund.” Mr. Jocic delivers a high level of expertise for residential and commercial transactions, condominium developments and new home construction. Compassionate about his work and helping his clients, Mr. Jocic will assist buyers and sellers, lessors and lessees, in all phases of real estate transactions.
Panormitis “Nioti” Koulianos
Co-Founder
Mr. Koulianos grew up in Tarpon Spring, Florida, and is of Greek descent. In 2003, Mr. Koulianos was known in Tarpon Springs, and in the Greek Orthodox community, for retrieving the cross in the annual epiphany dive. He attended and earned his J.D. at Ave Maria School of Law. During law school, Mr. Koulianos interned for the 12th District of Florida Congressional District Office. Out of law school, he worked in the private sector where he specialized in personal injury litigation. He was able to tailor his skills and become an experienced negotiator, being able to read a room and determine the best course of action for his client.
In 2017, Mr. Koulianos started his own firm, Law Office of Jocic & Koulianos, with fellow attorney and partner, Bogdan Jocic. Today, Mr. Koulianos focuses on real estate transactions and is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He has successfully represented a wide variety of buyers and sellers, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors and developers. He is experienced in all aspects of the real estate transaction, from execution and review of the contract, contract negotiations, document preparation and review, and closing-related matters. Mr. Koulianos’ experience enables him to provide his clients with expedited and result-oriented legal representation.
